Allright, I forgot to give a conclusion to this keyword research tutorial. And my conclusion right here would be kind of vague because i didn't expand all the keywords that i could. But from what i saw in this example of "binge eating" it would not be something i would go for as a niche website. The competition in the main keyword was way too high, and the searches were too low to make a fast and good profitable niche website.
