Long-tailed Shrike (Lanius schach)
The Long-tailed Shrike or Rufous-backed Shrike is a member of the bird family Laniidae, the shrikes. They are found widely distributed across Asia and there are variations in plumage across the range.

sexual selection
Sexual selection is a part of evolution within a species.
Sexual selection is for members to make a choice in mating (most common I would think is which females make to choose which male to mate with.)
Imagine that you have birds where males have different length on the tail feathers.
if a female choose to mate with a male with long tail feathers then they will produce female offspring who has greater probability to choose a mate with a male with long tail feathers and male offspring...

A Spiny-tailed House Gecko preyed upon by a Long-tailed Sun Skink
It is interesting to see a Long-tailed Sun Skink (Eutropis longicaudatus), which I would guess they are mainly insectivorous, capturing and swallowing an unfortunate Spiny-tailed House Gecko (Hemidactylus frenatus). The extremely long tail apparently facilitates this fairly large skink to adapt to more arboreal situations than its congeners. This species seemingly thrives well in eaves of buildings as there are plenty of these Hemidactylus geckos to feast.
